Sharing radiology is not complicated...
...if you have the best technology to do it with
Our job is to manage the hyper efficient transmission of radiology data between sender and receiver, and provide the virtual workflow management solution in-between. We ensure you meet the compliance levels you need for regulatory demands expected of your organisation when dealing with electronic interchange of patient and clinical information., Our technology and services enable rapid, scalable sharing of radiology images either virtually, or directly between PACS systems across the world. Cimar does not provide radiology consulting or reading services. Our remit is to provide the the engine that makes virtual reporting and diagnosis easy, cost effective and fast.

We currently offer three Cranium transmission services, each offering adaptable and flexible internet transmission solutions to the radiology industry.
Services Overview
Cranium.web (our flagship service) powers a many-to-many connected network, offering sophisticated online transmission, workflow management and reporting features through a browser interface. No software is needed by users to send DICOM, and connecting is quick and easy. This ASP web service also incorporates our Cranium Viewer, a high quality downloadable radiology (DICOM) image viewer that enables radiologists to perform image diagnosis from any computer. Images are downloaded with embedded deletion rules ensuring security is maintained.
For some image sharing needs, there is no requirement for a central web worklist environment. Whilst imperative for quarantining studies in transit between hospitals and roaming consultants, there are demands that simply require patient studies to be pushed effortlessly from one PACS to another. This is where Cranium.cloud fits perfectly. With this service, you can push any DICOM study from your systems, directly to any other in one step, and set rules to trigger transmissions..
Cranium.net is a more sophisticated version of our flagship service designed to compress, encrypt and transmit images on the fly, but can do so via direct communication with PACS, modalities and Workstations. Images are transmitted on demand and automatically to an online (staging) worklist, from where the designated receiver can download images securely and from any location. The service offers subscribers all of the benefits of Cranium.web, including secure, integrated connectivity and transmission together with use of the same cost-saving compression technology. This service streamlines the connectivity between hospitals and remote users to provide integrated information flow between them, via a central private worklist.
Some client requirements demand a closer, tighter and customised fit of the cranium services with their own hospital systems. Cimar excels at flexing the Cranium service to fit precisely with what you need.
